People are leaving this city because of lack of jobs & too much goverment control! They certainly won't flock to a city that controls every aspect to what they can and can not do on their own property one mans treasure is another mans trash yes it works both ways. Roger Kalter clean up your own back yard before infringing up on others. Do something usefull like correct the handicap at the court house. Parking on Putnam Street but handicap entrance on Second Street.

BigNapper, that's a good point about the parking on Putnam but entrance on 2nd for those with physical disabilities.

There is no parking permitted on that section of 2nd St, but there is on Putnam. Since it's Washington COUNTY Courthouse, it's the responsibility of the county to have the appropriate entrance for those with disabilities. You should direct your concerns to the county commissioners.
