The property is over priced as is a lot of property around town . People still think they can get crazy sums of money for their homes I saw one property next to the Castle last summer listed for over $800k. Yes I laughed my butt off people need to wake up and understand the gravy train is over. Banks won't give people home loans on over priced properties.

I laugh at the Bosworth Partners. Back when the Citizens for Responsible Government organized, they threw their money at this house to block the "Taj Mahal". Took 15 years to rehab the current courthouse for the same cost. Now they are stuck with an overpriced property. Typical Lehman. Great investment gentleman!

WPS, they aren't a non-profit group. It's listed at that price because an investment group purchased it, and like you, they want a return of profit on money they invest. What's so hard for you to understand?

In my opinion, Dave Haney is quoted as saying in the article can only be classified as a half truth. That group he was involved in was vehemently opposed to what that group termed the Taj Mahal. They calculated that the New City Hall would not be built without available parking this property represented. That is the reason they bought that property and not for some altruistic reason. Haney was the front man for Lehman. What a bunch of hooey. I hope they are stuck with it for a long time.

You'd think she would educate herself with all that "FREE-TIME" she has. Tess, get a job and learn how the working class thinks and feels....

Doggonit, you may think you know who I am, but it's very obvious to me that you don't or you wouldn't continue to make stupid comments in person & in front of me. But I know exactly who you are. Better tread a little more lightly like you were recently advised to do.
