These guy are not that bright as the saying goes the "The Hamsters dead but the wheel keeps turning" . The first clue on how bright these guys are is in their stripping lead-encased copper.Any one over the age of 5 knows that lead will go into your blood from physical contact. So the police saved they're lives by arresting them saving them from their own stupidity.
