No appeal is needed, he has been proven guilty beyond doubt. He needs to*****it up and do his time.

The man is undeniably a serial pedophile- this is the bottom line- our system- though- is our system. Sandusky and Keck are the same mindset.

So, Kombatboots, you are against the Third Article of the U.S. Constitution that establishes a system of courts and allows everybody the right to have their case reviewed by a higher court.

You are also against the eighth amendment to the Constitution that prohibits cruel and unusual punishment.

Any other parts of the Constitution you'd like to remove? Any more of our rights you'd strip away to feed your perverted sense of justice?

Seems our current POTUS wants to change the Constitution to suit his agenda. So why not this one and a few others. If the second amendment is suject to change than the third and others are no exception.

Sometimes changing the Constitution is necessary. Changing the Constitution ended slavery and allowed women and minorities to vote. But changes in the Constitution should be about expansion of rights, not curtailment.

Two experts worked on the DNA profile of Keck but only one testified at trial. For this reason, his attorneys expect him to get a new trial? Pretty flimsy reason to get his conviction overturned and a new trial. Lets hope the ohio Supreme Court has sense enough to see this claim has no merit.

I wonder if the Crisco in prison is the same as the grocery store? Maybe he found out the difficult way, and now wants out.

It's unfortunate that there is any reason at all for him to be able to appeal this conviction, but he does have that right.

Polaris, knowing his father and that he was/is a nice guy has zero relevance. Keck was born the way he is. His brain is hard-wired to be sexually attracted to male children.

I wonder why anyone who is Gone from the MOV takes such an interest in the goings-on in Marietta. Seems it's often to hold himself as the standard to which all the poor unfortunates who live here are compared. If Gone would spend as much time concentrating his efforts where he now lives as he does on Marietta, he might establish new roots and bloom where he's now planted.
