It's wonderful that the Vets are receiving a free education, but to complain about charges they weren't aware of, makes me cringe a little. First of all, inform yourself, go to orientations if you need to. Getting a free education doesn't mean you will be spoon fed everything connected with your college experience. I don't understand the charge for health insurance, though, as with myself and both children going through college (one at MC) all we had to do was provide proof that we had our own insurance. Get/keep yourself informed. That's a small price to pay for a free education, Vets!
