My question about psychological testing is a serious one. Does anyone know at what stage of the game testing is done on candidates?

Sadly, the pay is terrible for anyone in law enforcement, and they should implement a psych eval and substance abuse eval on candidates AND they should make the officers repeat the testing every so many years....I'm betting our police chief wouldn't pass the physical test if given it today...How can you lead if you yourself can't pass? I hate to say the phrase "just sayin'", but I'm just sayin'.

It funny how no one wants those big bad meters but everyone wants the police to write tickets.

It is a shame that the biggest abusers of the 2 hour parking time are people who work downtown.

How about some tickets on Putnam Street on cars that are parked there all day.

At the 5th street entrance to the college there is a white suburban parking in two hour parking everyday all day! And the owner demeans the cops as being's parked there everyday for two years.

interesting photo....too bad it's not a picture of the dark green Ford Escape that parks daily...for the entire day... in front of the courthouse annex. find it very interesting how this man never gets tickets for violating when the 2hr park limit sign is right in front of his vehicle but other vehicles on the block gets tickets??? must know someone in the MPD. look @ the money the MPD would make to help pay for their officers.
