As a former inmate in ODC at NCI I can attest that they do get beaten but not nearly as much as is needed. Most are sent far away from the counties where they committed there heinous crimes. They will be put in PC and stay segregated and they never tell anyone the nature of their crime. Saw one get beat up very badly for being a pedophile and he wasn't actually one. Longer sentences for PEDOS!

Asknot: The state of Ohio Dept. of Corrections is well aware of the threat to sexually oriented offenders and has a system to protect them inside the walls of the institution. They are housed in segregated units with other sex offenders, away from general population.

Despite whatever warped fantasies fill your mind, sexual offenders do not face the prospect of repeated rapes and beatings. It happens, but not anymore than it happens to the weakest members of general population.

It was online last week, Boxerman. The man's name was Wilburn "Eric" Bever. The comments section featured Asknot's usual masturbatory fantasy about superhero noble convicts meting out justice on the prison yard. I don't know how you could have missed it.

boxerman, you must be new to reading the Times. Their news coverage decisions are unusual to say the least. If only he had performed illegal late term abortions that Kermit Gosnell was just convicted of. The Times NEVER covered the story ONCE until AFTER the trial. Here's just one snippet of what they CHOSE not to report. "One woman "was left lying in place for hours after Gosnell tore her cervix and colon while trying, unsuccessfully, to extract the fetus," the report states. Another patient, 19, "was held for several hours after Gosnell punctured her uterus. As a result of the delay, she fell into shock from blood loss, and had to undergo a hysterectomy." A third patient "went into convulsions during an abortion, fell off the procedure table, and hit her head on the floor. Gosnell wouldn't call an ambulance, and wouldn't let the woman's companion leave the building so that he could call an ambulance."
