Sounds interesting, but I would note that no members of the Matamoras Emergency Squad seem to have been invited. A well circulated rumor has it that a couple of their members may be responsible for a certain Chinese buffet taking crab legs off the buffet and selling them "by the pound" only after eating several hundred dollars worth on a bet at one sitting.

I think the contestant's should get people to donate a dollar for each slice they eat to their charities. I am starting right now and will give a dollar for each slice Matt Hivley eats to his charity. Good luck to all.

I am much more concerned with how many of our local first responders could pass standard fitness tests to insure that they can adequately and safely performed their duties during incidents that require intense physical exertion.

On a day when one of the lead articles is about people who don't get enough to eat, we have this article that's about gluttony to raise money. Twisted.
