I remember this story from last year and I believe she said she was growing the marijuana to help her with her cancer treatment which at the time was at an advanced stage. If so a lengthy prison stay would amount to a death sentence, its also unlikely that she will ever be able to pay any restitution.

Bury her in the yard ,and take her checks for all those years and that is her sentence? I am so sure that she will pay it ll back. That is a poor excuse for a jail sentence.
