So instead of roving bands of workers coming in from the south, roving bands of workers will be coming in from Northern Ohio. I'm sure this will be a boon to the local economy.

If the unions want prevailing wage rates then give it to them. The prevailing rate would be around $10 an hour with NO benefits for this area lol.
