So then, since there has not been a codified ordinance, and since there has not been an application for a leased space, I wonder how the past money collected has been handled. Has it gone into someone's pocket or has it been accounted for? It appears the recent citations were an effort to harass these two merchants, one in particular, who received two separate citations and had to appear in court. There's some strange goings-on at City Hall.

I would like to see Roger K. remove the rain barrel down at the community garden. It is his work of art. It has had a dead, decaying animal in it since last week. I hope none of the organic gardeners have used it to water their raised beds.
