Thank you, Bishop Monforton! This is a wonderful solution to a thorny issue, particularly when $8 million is involved. In this country, we've lost far too many architectural treasures because of our infatuation with something "new." In my way of thinking NEW isn't always better. It's like the term contemporary. It means "with the times." What's "in" right now, will seem dated and outlandish in 12 or 15 years. What's really needed is to incorporate the best of the new (e.g., Wi-Fi, etc) with the finest of the old. That, as I see it, is a win-win situation.
