BigNapper: No, the township will lose money, as they get annual payments from the state for their road mileage, which they sign statements annually for.

I see no reason why this couple cannot maintain the road to their business. I never thought I would agree with the county, but their claims are legitimate. The county is not asking this couple any more than they would another business in a similar situation.
