When the next levy doesn’t pass, might be because the BOE didn’t make the public happy. I think that’s who they work for?

I agree halffull: It is just funny to see the "NO" voters react to this hiring. They want to actually do the hiring in the district, right down to the floor sweepers.

The job of a board is to make the best decisions for the welfare of the students in a district - not to make the public happy. Good to see they have filled positions with what looks like some quality candidates.

This is fun to read how the "NO" voters are going bananas!! Good luck to the new employees, you are going to need it.

They asked for the public to be involved in the school system and then they do everything in private. What are they hiding? Must be educating the new people on how the system is run and who to take orders from. Wonder why 75% of the public don't trust the School Board. New people, same broke system.

Would you people grow up. This is not an issue the public needs to be involved in. This is the hiring of new employees. When you are hired for a new job, do you go before the public for their approval. Get a grip.

bigtime, they don't want the public in the loop. The board has made it quite clear over the last several years that the people of the community are the enemy.

Still making the deals behind closed doors. That’s really keeping the public in the loop. Why ask people to come to the Board meetings when the public is left out?
