First phase of renovation already under way

Union roofers are to high priced. Have to go with the cheaper bids.

These jobs are bid jobs. The lowest bidder does not necessarily get the job. Experience and good references get the jobs. Possibility any local bidders didn't have the right experience needed or bad references.
