oneill, no fear over this candidate. Her own party don't even like her lol.

"Know nothing Tea Partiers" you say? Ha, that is hilarious! Well they knew enough to get organized and get the thugs supporting obama thrown out in 2010 and 2012.

With all the scandals going on surrounding the obama regime and NO credible media interviews from obama about them, it makes him look even more suspicious and crooked.

What was it he said that one time oneil? "reward our friends, punish our enemies"?

garrison did well off the land owners, little work good pay off, with lots off loopholes for follow up business.

And yes, devils advocate I agree. I think when it comes down to it, Wilson was a decent guy and meant well, but the pressure to vote a certain way for him was too great, like on health care. I just worry about the same with any candidate tho

At lunch today, and take this with a grain of salt, but I was told by someone "in the know" that a lot of local top dems are really hoping someone else gets in, and they think its going to happen sooner rather than later. They are hearing from a lot of people who are none too pleased about garrison running and haven't forgotten the past. I guess a lot of people think that it could be an issue that she has made millions in this oil and gas thing could also be a liability. I think that is kind of dumb, but no one asked me.

Again, could be just bluster that someone else gets in, but the sentiment of dislike is pretty widespread.

"further enable Barack Obama with his agenda,"? Oh hail NO! :)

Enabling the obama regime is a very good reason NOT to vote for Garrison. Besides that, Bill Johnson has done a good job.

Bill Johnson is the shill here. He was recruited because he is willing to read the Rs script and vote exactly as he is told to. He is the most un-impressive politician I've ever seen. When he's at an event, he doesn't even go around & meet people. He doesn't have to have a personality because the Rs have access to all the Koch Bros. $$ and think they can just buy his election. Get him out. Garrison does & will care about working families. Just look what she did for local folks in the landowners group.

Roy, you are absoulutely correct. Charlie, rest his soul, professed to all of us here in SE Ohio he was his own man representing us. But when he got inside the beltway, he behaved like every other good soldier, (Dem in this instance), & voted for every piece of legislation that in reality harmed us. I hate to say it, but if she went to DC before announcing, she will not be our representative, but she will be a party shill. I don't fault them, just wish they tell us up front. We need reps that, "say what they mean, & mean what they say." That goes for the Republicans as well.

Charles Wilson used to claim he was independent too, except, he wasn't when he had to vote. I imagine it would be the same thing here.

Garrison is looking for a free ride. We should be demanding that Congress and lawmakers start passing laws that they too have to abide by. Watch miss jenny not sign up for Obamacare because they have their "private insurance". Get her the*****out of here.

After "opting out of another run"....interesting way to phrase that! Glad I was not the writer of article. It probably should say ,"After the gay/lesbians screamed and hollered about Ms. Garrison's traditional marriage stance, she was "removed" from the race." And yes , BeRight, it is a big concern that her trip to Washington happened before she declared. Let's remember Garrison is a huge Hillary fan....not good.

Garrison made a trip to Washington before declaring. That concerns me since that would lead me to believe that she has Pelosi's blessing. I sure that in Garrison’s mind she means well but the last time we had someone with Pelosi's blessing, he supported and voted for Obamacare before he read or knew what was in the bill. Do we need more of that?
