If any case needs to be retried, it's this one.

The juror in question was not only the brother of a murder victim. His murdered sister use to date the defendant. And his sister's murderer was related to the defendant. How incestuous! Surely Morgan county could have seated a jury without these kinds of relationships? If not, then the trial should have been moved elsewhere, where a truly impartial jury could hear the case.
