@beright......Just take a look at Marietta College right now. The dorm building on the corner Seventh/Putnam St is a NEW BUILDING. It's not even one year old yet and already it's roof is being replaced. So, NEW doesnt always mean flawless! Quit whining over spilt milk, the public has already spoken abOUT the Taj Mahal.

Possibly no mold will be found now. But what about future mold...will Buxton still be liable for issues caused by their inferior work?
