Wow! Just wow. I was indicted on the same charge 3 years ago. I had no misdemeanor charges ever in my life. I never messed up after being charged, have not messed up since, went to L&P completed my treatment, and got sentenced to 14 months in prison. I know they are trying to lessen the amount of people in prison. There has to be some accountability right? I am just closing in on ending my 2 year license suspension after doing my entire time behind bars! This is BS!

It should be two weeks cleaning junk out of the Ohio River and not sitting on his butt in a jail cell.

One would hope this man is done with his life of crime and drugs and now will lead a productive life. Time will tell. I hope he is sincere, but have to agree Ask not has a realistic opinion.

This is about a joke! He's been a small town troublemaker for at least a decade, he's not sorry for the problems he's caused, he's just sorry he keeps getting caught! I guarantee he's laughing right now and I can't wait for him to mess up on probation, which he will!
