Jeep, it's not the Troopers fault that in Washington County the druggies have become a revolving door joke. It's the prosecutor that cuts the deals that lets so many become 'snitches'. I haven't found out yet what sentence Jerman got for this last go round but she supposedly said it was worst then the last time - in July 2010 she was charged with a second degree felony charge of trafficking in ecstasy, a fourth degree felony charge of trafficking in ****** and a fifth degree felony charge of possession of cocaine, all within 1000 ft of a school. She served less then 90 days in the County Jail. Before that, she was charged with making meth in her apartment, before that it was drug possession & dealing, before that......well you get the idea. NONE resulted in any serious jail time. So don't blame the cops, it's not their fault.

It's probably only a matter of when and not if that laced Hero1in makes its way down here. It sounds like you don't get the opportunity to go to get arrested, go to jail or go to rehab with that are lucky if you don't die from it. Maybe that will scare a few people straight.

Remember when people went to prison for hard drugs? Now the courts give them money to go buy more, let them snitch on each other, and in the long run nobody gets hard time. Way to go Troopers though!! Keep it up!
