This is a complete joke and a complete waste of money and resources, from the expenses it took to proseucute him, pay the salaries of all involved and now put him up every weekend for the next three months at taxpayers' expense. Road repair work until he found a job would have least kept him occupied.

Mr. Rutter has always been a wonderful guy whom would, and has gone out of his way to help community members young and old. I think his lower sentence was based on his individual ethics, morals and overall great contributions that he makes to society.
