Great start. Take a look at "Career Coaching for Students" - a high-octane, turnkey semester program. Also available for families, home-school programs and a version for college students and recent grads.

Kudo's to Kim and MCS! I would suggest that the administration offer a full semester class on cyber bullying which explains what constitutes cyber bullying and what can be done to prevent MCS students from becoming victims of it
