former,yes a waste..but yet a catch 22 for the school board.They had to spend SOMETHING to make some folks get that warm fuzzy feeling that this somehow would help.

The shame here is that there are many local contractors that would have bid for this bid award to a company and employee's who pay into a fund that pays a school board members wages on his day job

It isn't a particularly pretty building or campus to begin with. Now, it's just butt-ugly for no good reason.
