@ Tess and @ themseo - He has been charged with two counts as of yet. I'm sure by the time this reaches the grand jury for indictments, there will be many more charges included. The two solid charges were enough to make the arrest and get this monster off the streets and inform the public who he is. - The way I see it, he came from the manufacturer "defective" - send him back to the manufacturer. Immediately!! Secondly, I applaud the mother and especially the child for being so brave, strong, and courageous to protect themselves and all other children....

So it's a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 22 years in prison for two first degree felony charges, yet 5-7 incidents occurred. Wondering why there aren't 5-7 charges? I think there's a specification regarding a child under 10 that allows for life in prison. But may be wrong.

I find it appalling that an act such as this is only punishable by a MAXIMUM of ELEVEN years! Are you kidding me?!? The harm & life long trauma this degenerate has caused this poor child is unimaginable. First & foremost I hope this child and his/her family are able to recover from this atrocity. Second, I hope Mr. Pottmeyer gets exactly what he deserves, time & time again.
