i'm not condoning what he did, he deserves jail, but so does the girls family if he is going to be charged. They allowed this to happen, the sister for lying about the girls age, the parents for taking the girl there and dropping her off!! They are all just as guilty as this man!! But I find it disgusting that they are trying to use his "mental illness" as an excuse. What he is "diagnosed" with doesn't cause him to sleep with underage girls! Also what he is "diagnosed" with wouldn't cause him to mentally function below his actual age, that is the biggest load of crap if I ever heard!!! I think this case was handled wrong only in the fact the family wasn't also charged. he deserves jail, but the family who let this happen, knowingly, willingly, and even helped by transporting her to his house, the family should have more serious charges!!!!!! I say someone dropped the ball!

I agree Teacher. The young woman's sister and other family were involved in allowing (encouraging) this to happen. They are as guilty as this man.

I feel for this gentleman's mother. Her heart is broken.

~Schneider admitted that the victim's sister presented the girl as an adult at first.~ then why isn't the sister on trial too?
