Scarey, considering how close he was to so many children. This should be a warning to parents who drop their children off at this type of event and drive away. To many parents put children in charge of watching children at these events, when it is the parents job to do this. Parents wake up, sex offenders are everywhere.

It is not 1950 any more. The problem is parenting is a after thought for most of these people. (yes people not parent)If what you call a fair board don't do a little pulling of there heads out of a certain body cavity, there will be no need to worry about any of this.

If you are a sex offender, why would you be allowed to work in a job that is transient ? It should be against the law. Other professions involving children make sure sex offenders cannot work there any longer? This sounds like a sex offenders dream job . I'm surprised the fair board does not do background checks on these vendors. I went a few years ago and the employees that ran the rides all looked pretty nasty.i think it's nice to support the kids that raise animals, but forgot the rides.

WTF! Wake up people they are everywhere, if you do not want to take care of you children, then do not have them. Sending a kid to the fair and saying: "i will pick you up in 3 hours" is not being a parent. Take care of the ones you brought into this world, they need and want your love/care/time! Make the time for them, no matter how bad it disrupts your schedule, it will pay huge divedends!

His crime occurred over 13 years ago but only came to light recently. Remember that he didn't bother any children recently (that we know of). Sometimes transient and temporary work is the only kind of work troubled people can find. He clearly has poor judgement by choosing to work at a fair near children, and in violation of his probation. Thanks to the WCSO for their diligent work.

You might be surprised at the number of ride "vendors" & "carnies" who have criminal pasts, including sex crimes and prostitution, illegal gambling, etc. Or maybe you wouldn't.
