@River. Excellent point about using funds for the sewer, vice the trail. The only problem though, grant dollars are tougher to find for the sewer project if they can be allocated at all. On the other hand, hey, build a trail, we'll give you a million for a multi-million dollar project. Madness huh?

I would rather the grant money go towards the sewer. I have nothing against the bike trail!!!! Just think their is more immediate need of the grant money. Sewer is on hold, but it will happen.

"What are we going to have to pay for this?" he asked. "If you use grant money, that's the same as tax money. We have other needs and don't need to be paying for a bike trail."
