Marietta has maybe a population of 15,000 and there are 3 drug stories in the paper. What is it about this area that draws meth labs and druggies? Dont tell me lack of jobs,education and/or laziness, that could be many places and they dont have near the drug problem that Marietta does.

They should take those 36 months and give them additionally to his loser co-defendant. The city is a better place with him in prison like he is now.
