Sentencing delayed for burglary suspect

The Thursday sentencing for a Beverly man accused of breaking into the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Beverly in November was postponed until the organization can come up with a complete restitution......

He is prison eligible now that's great / this article sounds like this sentence is similar to survivor - he admits he's guilty but he spent the money on drugs -that makes him eligible for the next bed at Septa but he dies not have a drs letter. Meanwhile back at the eagles we still have not determined how much he needs to pay back ? It's like a bad game show or soap opera ,will he go to jAil or take the challenge and win immunity . Stay tuned, I say he's prison eligible , on number 2 felony so send him there now. What happened to sending a person to jail ? Oh wait he did not buy anything useful just drugs so that means its okay he might not have to go to jail!

Sooo, a successful probationer continues to participate in felonies? He already got his chance at avoiding prison. No more breaks, enjoy prison.
