I have to disagree with Lisa Miller's comments. Kristy was sick last year - how do I know? Because Kristy lives with me and her Dad, not with Lisa. And Lisa didn't think it was prudent to get the flu vaccination a bit earlier this year. Kristy didn't have school on Tuesday and her Dad asked Lisa to take Kristy to get her flu shot as he and I were both working at our full-time jobs and were unable to take Kristy ourselves. So, nice try, Lisa.

Getting a flu shot does NOT protect you from getting the flu! How about taking care of yourself from the inside out. Eat right, exercise and get enough sleep. Health comes from the inside out not the outside in. YOU CANNOT inject health. We have one of the sickest nations in the world. When are we going to stop feeding the drug companies? They don't want you to be well. They want us to be sick. Stop expecting "something" to fix you and do it yourself.
