He gets three years and the child never gets to enjoy his life. The mother was negligent by leaving her child with someone like him. Hopefully, he will get some added punishment while in prison.

Much too light a sentence. This deuchebag broke out a front window of mine and never paid restitution. Rides his hike around town, last I saw him a couple weeks ago he was sure to throw some profanities my way, as I've witnessed him do to the evening police officers as well. He just doesn't get it.

The mother has some blame in this also, bad choice on who she left to babysit...they both will live with the consequences of their poor judgement the rest of their lives...

This drunk POS is completely responsible for the death of an infant. Disturbing does not even begin to describe this situation and the punishment they are seeking the the plea. Just blame, blame, blame addiction all day long and take no responsibility.

It was an accident. What good will it do to lock him up? Damage is done.
