I remember Chip from MHS. He was a few years younger than me though and if my memory serves me correctly his Father "James" was an Optometrist here in the 70s-90s. Now Tesse...that's where the namesake Chip comes in. His Mother I believe is Margaret, very lovely lady. Nice family. I think he had an older sister too.

Mr. Wilson said "But I also believe there needs to be someone presenting an opposing view on issues facing council when needed". Well yes, when needed, but not just to be a contrarian since there's already one serving. Going into this with a chip on one's shoulder isn't necessarily the way to get elected is it? I was told that's how Mr. Wilson got the nickname of Chip. What can Mr. Wilson really bring to the table?
