I am glad the Judge did not buy her "excuae" that she acted this way because her escort abandoned her and alcohol. She assaulted people who were just doing their job. Apparently this behavior exists somewhere inside her and this incident just brought it out. Hopefully she gets additional time on the pending charges.

Wow, sixty-eight days? For attacking two officers. What a joke.

I will say, just playing devil's advocate here, that I was surprised that this is the only instance of this behavior from her. Usually when I read these such articles, it is the alleged's 5th or tenth time for this offense, or one similar. I am a believer of turning the other cheek. Once. After that, well... And you are correct Liberty, there IS no excuse, and we all must face the consequences of our actions, but we all make mistakes, and apparently this is not in her normal character.

You people feed on this type of stuff. Your always saying they should get more jail time. Tell me you cowards that hide behind your computer how jail has cured addiction? How does jail fix the human mind? O wait its called the system that has failed.

Two male officers were doing a physical pat-down of an angry, intoxicated female whose male partner abandoned her that night. Don't you think there should have been a female officer doing this? It's likely a female officer could have defused the situation, instead of escalating it. Where's the common sense?

75 days in jail??? For assaulting police officers???? What a joke. The whole Marietta Judicial System is a big joke. People are dealing drugs over and over and get no jail time...??? I would be embarrassed to be associated with the court system. I have seen firsthand how it works.

CeeJay, I've had my problems before (self disclosure) and I'd be willing to bet this was just the first time she was arrested.

For those who disagree with my comment, look at Marietta's court records. How many bad checks could you write without being prosecuted? The answer is one. There is an individual who has written multiple bad checks and has yet to receive any punishment.....NONE. This is just one example of many. It's who you know and how much $$$ you have. FACT

They just wanted a feel and to see her naked. Whats wrong with that? They are associated with government which gives them the right to do about anything without laws. And then of course the "criminals" are innocent til proven guilty so they have their most basic rights stripped anyway.
