We do have a Shooting Sports Club! Washington County Bulls-Eye Shooting Sports 4-H Club, this club is held twice a year. At Camp Herivda and Harmar Rifle Club Range with Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced Rifle Discipline. Also Beg, Inter and Adv Archery. Shotgun and Skeet too! Teresa Stone has done an excellent job with the kids over the years.

Teaching young people to respect and be safe around firearms is very important in today's world. The boys and girls club, Scouts and 4-H would better serve their kids by bringing in trained instructors to teach these youngsters all about firearms with perhaps actual hands on firing to impress upon them the power that can be held in their hands. Living in fear and keeping them ignorant only leads to mishandling and mishaps. Hunting is not the only activity firearms were made. You need not fear guns but you might fear them in the wrong, uninformed hands.

I'm not opposed to gun shows but I find one to be connected with the boys and girls club to be a bit strange. I'll guarantee there were guns at this show that have nothing to do with hunting, but are more suited to violence among people. Is that something the Boys and Girls Club wants to promote? If so, my donations will go elsewhere.

The only advertising I saw was a sign posted outside the American Legion Hall.

Went to the show in Lubeck Saturday, but didn't hear of this one til too late. Nice for people to be able to get together and swap stories, guns, or accessories with out fear of anything happening. A gun show in Chicago is usually a drive-by with innocent people hurt or worse. They can have it.
