I hope it won't just be a slap on the hand

He got that with his burglary charge a couple years ago, he may not be so lucky this time...

This is armed robbery and it was an easy arrest and should get a clean conviction with ease. I'm kind of shocked that the often used built in excuse of drug use hasn't come up in this story yet.

So he got away with less than $100 and now he will go to jail for a couple of years because of using a handgun. He could have gotten a job at the subway made a couple of $100 dollars with free food and not have to go to prison.Everyone get's caught in this area because everyone knows who the criminals are.Doesn't mean we have a great court system but the police do their jobs well.

This is good. Now what's your next move for this boy? I hope it won't just be a slap on the hand and a "now be a good little boy and don't do it again."
