MIE still to face civil suit over emission violations

A three-year-old civil case against Marietta Industrial Enterprises will be reopened now that a federal criminal case against the company for air emissions violations is essentially resolved....

@Crandall The Federal EPA has to step in sometimes because the State EPA is controlled by the governor.Who could really care less if people die and get sick as long as money is made.The oil/gas drillers are so far up Kasich bum they brush his teeth for him in the morning.

If the state EPA was handling this then why in the heck did the federal EPA butt in? If the feds don't think that the state EPA agencies can do their jobs then let's get rid of them and let the feds run everything. Oh wait! We've already seen how the feds handle things under Obi; the Benghazi slaughter, NSA, IRS, Fast & Furious, Obicare and the intimidation of the Press. Maybe they only show up to screw up everything?
