Here's some advice: Don't take advice from the people that put the hole in the sinking ship to begin with... Funny how the second he's no longer a board member that Mr. Lauer has all kinds of ideas....

the biggest mistake Frontier made was about 10 years ago when they decided to build 2 new schools. people told them they were not affordable and the quality problems and cost over runs are still damaging the district.

The second biggest mistake was electing these three departing board members (plus maybe one other) who do not understand finances, building public trust, or the basic fundamentals of organizational management.

The best advice for the new board would be to completely disregard their departing advice and actions over the past 4+ years.

I wonder why rollingstone did not run for the board??? You seem to know how to fix all the problems. I love people that know how to fix everything but don't have the courage to step up and do anything about it!
