To discuss global warming today

Some just don't get it, they need to do some research maybe ;)

Global warming is causing the ice at the Arctic to melt doubly fast. This in turn changes the jet stream which has caused the polar vortex to form. It is the direct result of global warming. Europe had it last winter I believe and experienced a number of deaths because of it.

Let's not ignore the homeless right now, or the people who may need some assistance to stay warm and safe right now. Please be sure your pets are in a warm & safe place.

The global warming remarks are either coming from people under 60 or those that have selective memory! Us "older generation" remember winters where there were many days of 0 or below temps and lots of big snows.

We have a sun at a billion degrees pounding down on us daily and a core of the planet made of molten metal. It's hard to believe we aren't all vaporized into heat fumes by now anyway. Global warming theorists take note: There have ALWAYS been fluctuations in temperature on this earth, well before man drove around in his buggy too much. Al Gore is laughing all the way to his Al Jazeera bank!!

The Polar Vortex must have happened before because they have a name for it. As far as CO2, you all need to start writing letters about China and India.

Once last thing for you today: The People who live on the Ocean and complain about storms wiping them out are living on the Ocean.

In the case of Breezy Point (look at a map) from Super Storm Sandy, they lived “in” the ocean. Climate Change?

People who live on the banks of rivers that flood complain about getting flooded. Climate Change? Now they complain about flood insurance rates going up.

People who live in “Tornado Alley” get wiped out by Tornado’s and blame it on climate change. They call it Tornado Alley for a reason.

People who live in the desert (Nevada)complain about water shortages. Climate Change?
