Reducing Excessive Deadline Obligations Act of 2013 - (Sec. 2) Amends the Solid Waste Disposal Act to remove a requirement that the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) review and revise regulations promulgated under such Act at least every three years. Now they do it when they want to, of course, it has to pass the senate....

The spill in WV has left 300,000 people without water to bathe, drink, and cook. The Kraton spill, however unfortunate it is, is not the disaster that the WV spill continues to be. Spare me with the conspiracy theory bull****
