The red tape and strings attached! Good grief. GSA should just turn it over to the new owners and let them start creating some business progress, creating jobs as needed and profitable, and paying taxes on valuable property that has been sitting "off the books" for how many years now (???). What is the inventory of idle,unproductive, untaxed Goverment property in Washington County? In Ohio? This project is a good start. Let's see a lot more.
