A "medical condition". Yea. Did his "medical condition" cause him to drive on a revoked license? Or text while driving?

There are accidents and then there are stupid, negligent acts. Can we guess which one this was?

Worst time of year to knock out power. Terrible.

Even more concerning to me is the reported "medical condition".

I certainly hope the reported "medical condition" is not ignored. People with seizure disorders, unstable blood sugar or other "medical conditions" are typically not allowed to drive until the "medical condition" is no longer a concern.

Is a pre-existing "medical condition" the reason why this person's license was revoked to begin with? If so, the legal system should consider immobilizing any vehicle this person has access to in order to prevent him from driving again until the "medical condition" is no longer an issue.

That could have been another car he hit--not just a power pole.
