Advantage Bank sale challenged

A class action complaint has been filed in Guernsey County by a shareholder of Advantage Bank, on behalf of itself and other shareholders, against Camco Financial, members of its board of directors......

James Huston was brought in as a hired gun to right the Camco ship in order to sell it, plain and simple. There was no long term goals for Huston except to get his money when sold. The Buyers of troubled banks are far and few between. It will be found that he and the board members got theirs at the expense of others. If you want to see who the players are go to Yahoo finance, look up Camco and then look at insider transactions, major holders, etc.

The bank is a mess.

It is alleged that the sale agreement between Camco and Huntington personally benefited only those in a position of power with Camco, not the shareholders

more greed from those in power, doesn't surprise me...

Appears to be a dispute for a court of law to decide, and a proper use of our courts.
