I wish there was some birth control switch or gene or something you could turn on or off. Don't make it too restrictive but make it so when you have kids you want kids.

Tessie sorry I should have known that .Where I spend most of my time now, there is a low cost county funded clinic and it does provide free or almost free several types of birth control.birth control . I know, I volunteer at it. I believe as I always have, that you are responsible for children you bear, and if cannot give a child a life with at least the minimum needs: food shelter, healthcare, then don't have them. There is help for this poor woman, I really hope she gets it.

Yes Old Hickory, sounds like eugenics may be alive and well.

Ex of Devola, where have you been? The TEA driven Ohio Congress and Gov. Kasich have stopped funding Planned Parenthood in favor of crisis pregnancy organizations. There will be no more low or no cost birth control available to men and women of limited incomes, and no way to pay for an abortion.

Expect to see even more children born to people of limited educational and financial means.

Do I detect that some posters here favor abortion in certain circumstances? Or if not that, sterilization? If sterilization, who decides which humans will no longer be able to procreate and which will continue to do so uninfringed?

Forgot to say Ask not and help 4 addicts right on. We have ad welfare food stamps and government help way before the last 6 years. But please procreation test, I think most people think they have a lot of knowledge about parenthood, then they have a child. That's when you realize it's the hardest job you'll ever have, and it lasts more than 18 years.

Good beaten i think he looks exactly like the Unabomber s brother or cousin. This guy would be a lunatic anyway, beat and try to smother your pregnant wife with kids in the next room? It makes no difference who is president or what policies are in effect, some people are just evil and don't deserve to have children. I think stargazer and new world are so right. Far be it from me to tell anyone how many children to have, but if you are already in a bad situation, who bring more innocent kids into the mix? That is so wrong, and isn't free or low cost birth available at planned parenthood? Very disturbing story, will hope they actually sentence the guy to a really long jail term. He needs the max plus 25 more years added on!

I really don't know why I bother reading these comments. Yes this guy needs locked up but I guarantee you it is not Obama's fault this guy is a knucklehead. All male children should be sterile until able to pass a Procreation test. You have to pass a test to do anything in this world but any idiot can have kids. There are just as many rich idiots as poor idiots that shouldn't be breeding.

I know 4 people that are pregnant and the tax payers are paying 100 percent of their bill!

Like I've said before I'd rather pay for their birth control than pay for 18 yrs of their up bringing whether it be pills or abortion...

newworld, I know what you are saying. The thing that is most upsetting about these people having all these children is that they are not equipped financially or mentally to care for them. They are often neglected and incessantly screamed at for the smallest of things. Go to WalMart and watch how they behave. I for one would love to jerk a knot in their tail, but I would be the one in trouble. Unless you are financially stable, no one needs that many children! They don't ask to be born, but are the ones to suffer.

Stargazer, I 100 percent agree. I think it is time for some population control. I know 4 people that are pregnant and the tax payers are paying 100 percent of their bill! Maybe do a credit check to make sure someone can afford to pay for a child.

In jail if they could just teach him one thing, how to use a ****** all the money spent on him would be well worth it .

Let me see - if they already have 3 children and she is pregnant again and only 23 years old, I think they have enough kids. I'm sure they are being supported on our dime and enough is enough. I feel bad for the children of these nimrods that do not know when to quit procreating! They always tell you to spay or neuter your pets - how about a sterilization program for those too dumb to quit!

Justice would be served to have this id*ot locked up for 18 years doing hard labor and the money he earned sent to support the kid he tried to kill. Instead, he'll get a minimum sentence, leave the mother and kid, if he doesn't kill them for real, and never earn a dime or be there to support his child. The mother and child, and this id*ot, will forever be Obama-supported wards of the tax payers. Thank God for entitlements and Lord have mercy on us all!

Let me guess: the "do-gooders" will try to justify his actions by saying he is on drugs and cannot control himself, therefore, we should not sentence him to jail, just to rehab. How about we let him try to suffocate me, and see how far this cowardly criminal gets.
