"Beaten", this PMC is SO FAR REACHING beyond cleaning up your neighbors trashy yard! Those codes already exist within the city.

What does being poor have to do with cleaning up junk? Repairs I understand may involve dollars, but cleaning up junk like old tires, rotting lumber, florescent light bulbs, broken down vehicles and busted hot tubs SHOULD BE HAULED AWAY! Your neighbors property effects others property value. It's like stealing! My neighbor's property was such an eyesore and after exhausting any remedy to get it cleaned up (which NEVER HAPPENED), I ended up selling my property and got the*****out of the neighborhood. I lived in that house for 12 years and the last 2+ years my trashy neighbor inadvertently made me hate living there. What's right is right and I despise trashy people. The property maintenance code is needed badly. Stop with the 'poor' card. DANG! Bunch of cry babies. Clean up the city!

I'm confused, what does being poor have to do with taking care of your property?

Hope Ms. Landsittle doesn't have any chipped or peeling paint in her home, or they'll come for her too. All you all who think this PMC is a good idea better get your reading glasses on FIRST.
