JoeBob1, after reading the article, this quote from the article " because of the statewide meth problem, a stipulation has been added to the Ohio Revised Code which requires a mandatory three-year minimum prison sentence for those found guilty of making meth". Why don't prosecutors charge "environmental violations" as well. If a person is charged with (10) crimes, if the evidence supports the charges, then charge all of them. Stop plea bargains and suspending jail sentences, then the deterrent to crime may start. Just saying!!
