Deemed unsafe by the City Building Enforcement Board several months ago, two Marietta buildings are still bearing the reflective scarlet letters that warn first responders to stay out....

newworld the times paper isn't worth what they are charging for it and if I am going to pay for it I want it unbiased.

They bought these buildings because they didn't want to see them torn down," said Farmer.

So buy up property and let it become a safety issue...if they didn't have the means to fix the property or at least keep it from becoming worse they shouldn't have bought long before they are fined??, it' been close to a year since the Red X was placed on them...sure hope they are as lenient with homeowners...
