I think at a time like this the community needs to give the family their privacy to deal with this matter. It cannot be an easy time for them. We shouldn't be worried about a name but instead should be praying for the family to find the strength to get through this.

There is now law that prevents law enforcement from Releasing names. Same with the Times.

they just choose not to.

How about a name? The public has the right to know what is going on. I firmly believe that it is wrong to withhold names of any criminal.
