Lowell Pythian Sisters

Lowell 230 Pythian Sisters installed officers for 2008 when it met on Jan. 19.

Members of the installation team were Wilma Jordan, Connie Tullius and Jo Simmons.

Officers installed were Joann McNabb, past chief; Stacy Orr, most excellent chief; Annie Smith, excellent senior; Marilyn McNabb, excellent junior; Lorena Engle, manager; Connie Tullius, secretary; Jo Simmons, treasurer; Mary McNabb, protector; and Jeanne Beck, guard.

Stacy Orr thanked the 2007 officers for their service.

After the meeting and installation ceremony, members enjoyed a potluck luncheon.

The next regular meeting will be 7 p.m. Feb. 7 in the K of P Hall on the island in Lowell.

Lowell Pythian Sisters is a traditional fraternal organization instituted in Lowell in 1903.
