- Kevin R. Bartlett, 43, of 204 Tennis Center Drive, Apt. 9, was processed into the Washington County Jail Nov. 13, but was not arrested that day. He was serving a sentence in the Noble Correctional Institution and returned to Washington County for a hearing, after which he was released.
