Honeycutt-Pitasky
Jocelyn Honeycutt of Columbus and Michael Pitasky of Gahanna exchanged wedding vows on Sept. 13, 2008, at The Lakes Golf and Country Club in Westerville. Minister Clay Brown officiated for the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Clyde and Claudia Jo Honeycutt of North Fairfield.
The bridegroom is the son of Roger Pitasky, and Evelyn and Daniel Bryant of Marietta.
Maid of honor was Emily Honeycutt of Bowling Green, the bride's sister. Bridesmaids were Melissa McKinniss of Jackson, Heather Roland of Willard, Alissa Brown of Columbus, and Jessica Teter of Columbus.
Flower girls were Emma Keysor and Whitney McCormack, both of Greenwich.
Best man was Seth Pitasky of Avon, the bridegroom's brother. Groomsmen were Todd Hohman of Copley, Dave Robertson of Portland, Ore., Jared Honeycutt of Oxford, England, and Tony Guyton of Columbus.
Ringbearer was Ryan Pitasky, the bridegroom's nephew.
The bride is a 1998 graduate of South Central High School and a 2002 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University. She is a financial analyst at the Bath and Body Works Division of Limited brands in Columbus.
The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of Marietta High School, a 1996 graduate of Marietta College, and a 2002 MBA graduate of The Ohio State University. He is an analyst in strategic planning at Big Lots Inc. in Columbus.
The couple honeymooned on the Hawaiian island of Kauai and are currently residing in Gahanna, Ohio.
Zimmer-Starkey
Kristi Jo Zimmer and David "Matt" Starkey were united in marriage during a double ring ceremony on Dec. 6, 2008, at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Marietta. Pastor Terry Schmelzenbach performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Walter and Debbie Worthington, and Sam Corbett and Cheryl Worthington, all of Marietta. She is the granddaughter of Wayne and Selma Worthington of Lowell, and Maxine Rounds of Beverly.
The bridegroom is the son of Eddie and Charlene Starkey of Marietta. He is the grandson of Naoma Schaefer of Marietta.
Matron of honor was Staci Ritchie, sister of the bride.
Flower girl was Kassi Ruhland.
Best man was Mark Starkey, brother of the bridegroom. Ushers were Andy Keaveney, Howard Santee, Colin Starkey, Travis Tatalovich and Steve Tornes.
Ringbearer was Cody Zimmer, son of the bride.
Vocalists were Dakota Peckens and Robin Starkey. Dawn Peckens gave a reading during the ceremony.

The bride is a graduate of Marietta High School and is currently employed by Burton and Baumgartel, LLC, in Marietta.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Warren High School and is currently employed by C&C Dodge Toyota in Marietta.
The couple are currently residing in Marietta.

Cynthia Sims and Romel Henderson were united in marriage on Dec. 12, 2008, at their home in Belpre.
Mike Lorentz, mayor of Belpre, officiated for the double-ring ceremony.

Ryann Leigh Schwendeman and Alonzo Maurice Jewett were united in marriage on June 28, 2008, at the Muskingum Park gazebo in Marietta. Pastor Rick Headley performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Kevin and Cynthia Schwendeman of Lowell. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Schwendeman of Lowell, and Mr. and Mrs. William Omspach of Leesburg, Fla.
The bridegroom is the son of Evelyn Jewett of Columbus, Ohio.
Matron of honor was Kara Parks. Bridesmaids were Shuntell Alexander, sister of the bridegroom; and Jamie Chen, cousin of the bride.
Flower girl was Saleynah Baker, niece of the bridegroom.
Best man was Ben Brookover. Groomsmen were Geoffrey Green; and Trenton Schriner, brother of the bridegroom. Guests were ushered by Brandon Schwendeman, brother of the bride.
Ringbearer was Kenan Brashear, son of the bridegroom.

A dinner and dance reception followed at the Marietta Country Club.

The bridegroom is a graduate of Parkersburg High School and is employed as a mason in Columbus.
After a honeymoon in Riviera Mia, Mexico, the couple are residing in Columbus.
Sydenstricker-Lowe
Cheryl Ann Sydenstricker and Matthew Donald Lowe were united in marriage on Feb. 27, 2009, their five-year anniversary, at North Parkersburg Church with Pastor Ed Beatty performing the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Michael and Brenda Sydenstricker of Belpre.
She is a 2002 graduate of Belpre High School and a 2006 magna cum laude graduate of Marshall University, where she received a bachelor's of arts degree in advertising from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications. She is employed by Ipsos ASI in Cincinnati, Ohio, as a marketing research associate.
The bridegroom is the son of Allen Michael and Joan Lowe of Beckley, W.Va.
He is a 2002 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School in Beckley, W.Va., and a 2006 magna cum laude graduate of Marshall University, where he received a bachelor's of business administration from the Lewis College of Business. He is employed by Kroger Personal Finance in Cincinnati as a marketing manager.
